The Water Realm

Monsoon season in New Mexico brought periods of heavy rain. Fascinated with the force of the rain hitting the earth I began to photograph and document the stages of the deluge. It became an analogy to intense emotional periods and the final stage of resolution/transformation and perhaps symbolic of renewal. All things change, no matter how intense, and eventually may disappear although the imprint often remains.

Another interest is with the texture of water and recording those images.
